Bestpicky exists to turn product research into a decision. Not a catalogue of what exists — an answer to which one is the strongest choice for your requirements, what it trades away, and why you should believe any of it.
Every claim has a source behind it
Specifications, strengths and drawbacks are stored as evidence records, each pointing at where it came from and when it was retrieved. A claim with no source does not reach a page. Where we hold nothing, we say so rather than filling the gap.
How Bestpicky makes money
Affiliate commission on some purchases made through links here. The links are marked, the disclosure sits on the same screen as the button, and the commercial relationship cannot touch the ranking — that separation is enforced in the build, not just in policy.
The guides are not paywalled and will not be. A recommendation you have to pay to read is a recommendation you cannot check.
Where AI is used, and where it is not
AI turns structured evidence into readable prose and maps a plain-language requirement onto scoring criteria. It does not decide rankings, invent specifications, generate prices or write review sentiment. Rankings come from a deterministic model; anything a model produces is validated against the records it was given before it reaches a page.
